The finished product. These golden Challahs are pictured hot, fresh from the oven. Their delicious aroma can't be recorded for the website.

Josh Levine works on a long dough strand, with Adam Kofinas and Lyle Winkoer looking on (and working on their own as well..)	That long starnd is now twisted into a long Challah to take home and enjoy. Pictured: Josh Levine and Amy Moskowitz.

Raizy teaches yet another braid. Ally Newman helps Chani Rubin egg the Challahs for that golden color and flavor. Teri Goldstein (now a veteran Challah baker) helps Mushkie (R) and Chanie (L) with theirs.

Challah Baking and Learning Nights and all the smaller cozier events at Shabbos House would not be the same without the Rubin children snuggling up with a student or two to read a book. In this picture little Sara is eager to turn the pages.
