Chana Cotter is a local artist who sells her work all over the country. She is also the Art Director for the Bat-Mitzvah Camp based in Troy NY, and does art workshops at community events and venues. As a Jewish paper-cutting artist and watercolor painter, Chana captures many biblical themes in this special Judaic art form.
