Special Address by Dr. Donald Siegel,
Dean of the University at Albany Business School
 Dr. Don Siegel is the new dean of the School of Business, and Professor of Management at the University at Albany, with expertise in technology transfer, corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurship and and business innovation. He received grants and fellowships from the Sloan Foundation, NBER, National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Labor. Professor Siegel was ranked among the top 1% of economists worldwide and is a member of the Advisory Committee to the Secretary of Commerce on "Measuring Innovation in the 21st Century."
