Ah, and what a special celebration it was! Each year it is so difficult to bid farewell to the fine group of students and dear friends which we've become over the four years. Quite a crowd of students (100+) came to honor and bid farewell to the group of 18 graduates who have so richly contributed to Jewish Life at UAlbany and especially ay Shabbos House. Raizy cooked up a storm, a delicious hot buffet with mini-meatballs, hors d'oeuvres, sesame chicken, pepper steak and rice, with fruit platters and cakes, and red and white Sangria. No leftovers! As is our tradition, we had a 6 minute "Memories" picture-video-montage ($14 to order your copy, which includes edited Grad Party as well) and gifts to the Grads of a book and a personal letter.
