We are sorry for the long delay in posting lots of alumni news. It has been a hectic and busy start to the New Year, especially with the Building Fund as well, and we hope to post news and regards from the many alumni who have been in contact with us - before the Jewish New Year.
Mazal Tov to Yitzchak and Maayan Jaffee on the birth of a baby boy. .They are now living in Kirat HaMivtar (near Efrat) in Israel. Gregg Gilbert sent some pictures, we'll post them soon.
Thanks to all who came to the Alumni Reunion in NYC on Aug 24th. See the link for photos.
Mazal Tov to Ronn Torrosian on his August Wedding, details to be posted soon!
Thanks to all the alumni who e-mailed us with details and names for the alumni archive pictures. We will post these details as soon as we can....

Save the date for SIMCHAT TORAH alumni reunion weekend back at Shabbos House. This year it falls on Sat Night Oct 18 2003, we look forward to having alumni come back and celebrate as last year's major bash with 40+ alumni returning! Shmini Atzeret - Simchat Torah begins on Friday night (Oct 17) thru Sunday Night (Oct 19).

As last year, we made arrangements at the Red Carpet Inn on Washington Ave at the rate of $49.95 per night (for double occupancy), you can RSVP with them directly at 518-459-3100 (and mention the "Shabbos House" group). If you know that you are coming, please RSVP earlier, as rooms at these rates are limited. Also, please RSVP with us as well. In the past you can rent for 2 nights, and check out YomTov morning, and they will keep your luggage for you to pick up on Sunday night.

Alumni from earlier years, especially pre-1997, are asking for a get-together up in Albany on a Sunday maybe in Spring 2003. Stay tuned for more details, and please contact us if you'd like to help with organizing and networking with old friends.
